Every bag of Catalina’s Coffee starts with single-origin, 100% certified organic Arabica from sustainable coffee farms. Each coffee is selected through rigorous cupping before we roast it in small batches on the Oregon coast, using time-honored techniques rooted in a Nicaraguan coffee farmer’s farm-to-cup vision.
From balanced and smooth to dark and decadent, every bag is freshly roasted for a smooth, low-acid cup with a clean finish. Beyond the familiar favorites, we’re continually testing new roast profiles and coffee origins, always held to the same standard of quality.
