Catalina’s Coffee began with a coffee farmer from Nicaragua who brought beans to the Oregon coast and a belief in true farm-to-cup quality. Today, we carry that story forward by selecting organic-certified, shade-grown Arabica with care and roasting it in small batches close to home in Waldport.
We honor those time-honored techniques with a close eye on the details that make each roast dependable. Alongside our established process, we’re continually testing new roast profiles, coffee origins, and brewing ideas. The result is the freshest roast on the coast: smooth, high-quality coffee with a clean finish.
